Headstart Pathway
Suitable for students who are in their final year of secondary school (e.g., IGCSE, O-Levels, SPM) and will be applying to university in the 2021-2022 application cycle.
We recommend engaging us at least 1 year before your expected application submission date.

We will review your leadership and extracurricular experience and provide actionable advice on how to hone your strengths and mitigate any weaknesses

Every touch-point counts. We will help you identify tactical ways to engage your universities and get noticed
Target University Strategy
We will help you evaluate your chances of admission at your target universities, and help decide which fit your goals
Personal Statement Ideation and Editing
From ideation and outlining to drafting and line-editing, we will follow an iterative process and scrutinize every detail to ensure that you put forth a compelling narrative
Recommendation Strategy
We will help you identify who the right recommender is and help you prepare him/her to write a high-impact letter, giving you further control over your narrative
Interview Preparation
Our consultants will mock interview you and provide detailed feedback, which includes pre- and post-interview etiquette, ensuring you leave a positive, lasting impression
Headstart Pathway Components
The Headstart Pathway contains all of the above Standard Pathway components, as well as the following:
Subject Exploration
You will have the opportunity to speak with 3-4 consultants who specialize in your subject areas of interest, ensuring that you’re able to glean relevant insight that will help you make an informed choice about your subject
College Strategy
We will assess your strengths and needs to help you identify which pre-university program (e.g., A Levels), pre-university institution, and any additional academic support (e.g., test prep) to enroll in to maximize your preparations
Portfolio Strategy
We will work with you tactically plan the activities you should engage in over the upcoming year as well as support you throughout the year with regular touch-points to ensure you build an outstanding portfolio
Internship Strategy
We will draw from our extended networks to help you identify and apply for relevant internship opportunities for your summer break, which will help you stand out among applicants
Resume Development
We will work with you to build a robust resume for internship and job applications that you will continue to build upon in the years to come
Topical Discussions
Your subject matter experts will conduct regular check-ins to deepen your exploration of your academic interests (e.g., reading materials, research areas), so that you’re able to credibly speak to your academic interests in your personal statement and interviews
